Happy St. Patricks Day!

Three cheers to President Bush for barring Gerry Adams and his Mafia from the White House.

Under President Clinton, the White House became little more than a terrorist drop-in centre, with Gerry Adams and Yasser Arafat getting the red carpet treatment whilst other middle ranking statesmen had to wait outside. With hindsight, it seems incredible that Teddy Kennedy & Co. were fooled for so long, but in the States, facts are of little importance and image is everything. Gerry Adams had the looks and charm that Arafat lacked, and managed to convince millions of Americans that he was the sole representative of an oppressed people.

But following the brutal murder of Robert McCartney by IRA thugs, Americans have finally discovered who are the oppressed and who are the oppressors.

Mark Steyn said it best: "St. Patrick chased the snakes out of Ireland. The least Bush can do is chase them out of the White House."

A Happy St Patricks Day to everybody!
